US Domestic Shipping

Order Processing Time: All orders are fulfilled from the warehouse located in Ohio and typically require 1 to 3 business days for processing.
Standard Shipping:
- Shipping Rates: Complimentary free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $50 or more (after discounts and before taxes).
- Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, standard shipping generally takes 4 to 6 business days for delivery.
- Carriers: Orders are typically shipped via YunExpress and handed over to USPS, UniUni, or Gofo for final delivery.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited and rushed shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the delivery address.
Auto-Replenish: All recurring auto-replenish subscription orders automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

Delivery Timeline: International orders are usually dispatched within 7 business days of purchase and generally take 10 to 15 business days to arrive.
Address Restrictions: Deliveries to international P.O. Boxes are not supported; orders with such addresses may be canceled or required to provide a valid physical address.
Regional Websites: ILIA operates dedicated regional sites (such as the UK store, which typically ships via Royal Mail or DPD with a 1-2 business day processing time). Consumers in other regions can also purchase products through global retailers or authorized distribution channels.

Order Tracking: Once an order ships, a confirmation email containing a tracking link (typically titled “Order [#] has shipped”) will be sent. Tracking details can also be checked by logging into the official website with the order number.
Package Protection: If package protection was selected at checkout, claims for lost packages during transit can be submitted through the Returns & Claims portal.
